This Simple Life Hack Will Help You Fight Stress In 15 Minutes!

Health experts claim all you need to de-stress is a clothespin and a comfy chair!

Stress is a demon that plagues us all!

Its psychological and emotional effects aside, stress can can lead to physical problems including headaches, upset stomach, and chronic pain in different parts of the body.

The question is: Will you let stress kill your quality of life?

Of course not!

So, here is one incredibly quick and easy trick that will soothe you into a state of blissful calm in only 15 minutes!

And this trick has been known for very long time, and was practiced even in Ancient Egypt.

So this practice is based on stimulation of a reflex point in the ear to relieve symptoms of distant pathology with a reliable duration. According to this approach, there are six pressure points on your ears, each connected to a certain part of your body. Applying pressure, with a clothespin or even your fingers, can help relieve aches and pains in those areas.

For example, if you're suffering from a sore back or shoulder, hanging a clothespin off the top of your ears or just simply rubbing the same point for 15 minutes can make you feel better.

Similarly, by touching the curved part just below the top, you can target your internal organs for pain relief.

Obviously, severe pains should be examined by a medical professional immediately, but this can help with minor aches.

The upper-middle part of the ear is associated with the joints. Again, chronic problems must be examined by a doctor, but this is great for the occasional discomfort.

If you've got some sinus issues, pressure to the lower-middle part of the ear can help.

Just above your earlobe is the area associated with digestion. Stimulate this spot to relieve minor stomach aches and digestive discomfort.

The lowest part of the ear, the lobe, is connected to the head and heart. It's a pretty good way to eliminate pressure headaches as well as promote heart health.

This ear reflexology chart, below, shows in precises detail the accepted areas that are meant to correspond to other places on the body,

However some of them do not link up to's diagrams.

Although there are similar reflex points on the feet, we know people often can’t take their shoes off. Massaging a relaxing point on their ear is something they can do throughout the day.

Unfortunately, you can't always stretch out in public either, which is where reflexology and acupressure come into play.

Please note, however, that this method shouldn't replace actual medical advice, but it's definitely worth trying.

Take care!
