To enhance the effect, imagine a warm sensation flowing from your head to your fingertips. To complete the process, take a deep breath, exhale slowly, and let the relaxation spread from your chest to your stomach, thighs, knees, legs, and feet. 'Again, imagine this warm feeling flowing from your heart down to your toes,' he continued. 'It’s really important to clear your mind of all stress while doing this.'

He claims that by practicing this technique regularly for six weeks every night, individuals can master it and fall asleep within two minutes each night.
