We admire people who look way younger than they are, we admire their health and maybe even discipline and will, because delaying the inevitable takes some work. But then investing in yourself is the most profitable and safe way to go!

1. Low fat diets

If you want to avoid wrinkles, you have to consume Omega-3. Omega-3 fat acids make your skin healthier and smoother. Depriving yourself of these will cause early aging.

2. Using straws

When drinking with a straw, you have to purse your lips and that will give you wrinkles around your lips. Obviously, the same goes for smoking. Drink directly from a glass and quit smoking if you can, because it has tons of health benefits including better skin.

3. Sleeping on your side

If you squash your face in your pillow, you are gonna get wrinkles on your cheeks and chin. Experts argue that the best position to sleep is flat on your back.

4. Bad posture

It deflects your backbone of its normal position and makes your muscles and bones incredibly tense. This kind of damage can cause fatigue and pain, as well as permanent deformities.
