Aside from his five Emmy Awards and the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, Chappelle also has three Grammy Awards for the Best Comedy Album category. His most recent Grammy Award came from Sticks & Stones, one of his Netflix specials.

Aside from earning from films and comedy shows, Chappelle also has real estate investments with his wife, Elaine Erfe. The couple lives on a 65-acre farm near Yellow Springs, Ohio. In addition to their massive land, they also own several residential properties in Xenia, Ohio.

One of his real estate investments includes an old fire station in Yellow Springs, purchased by his company, Iron Table Holdings. The old fire station is planned to be remodeled as a comedy club.

Because of Chappelle’s acting and comedy career, multimillion dollar deals, and multiple real estate investments, it is safe to say that he has already made a fortune for himself and had gotten his net worth higher than that of his fellow comedians.
