However, these were not enough for Winnie to give up on her dream. She participated America's Next Top Model and become one of the favorite models. She tried to prove everyone that vitiligo is not enough to ruin your life in the TV shows she attended.

2. Stephen Hawking


Stephen Hawking was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), when he was only 21 years old. Doctors told Hawking that he had only 2 years ahead of him. This didn't stop Stephen from living his life, he continued studying. Eventually, he became a well-known theoretical physicist all over the world. Unfortunately, he lost his ability to speak in 1985. As one might expect this doesn't stop him from following his passion.

3. Peter Dinklage


Game of Thrones actor was formerly in many movies and TV shows including Chronicles of Narnia and X-Men. Dinklage became a living legend through his charisma, talent, and ambition towards acting. Dinklage was born with achondroplasia, a common form of dwarfism. His height is only 4 ft 5 in (135 cm). However, Dinklage is quite happy about his life.

4. Viktoria Modesta


Viktoria Modesta, who is also known as a "Bionic artist," due to a doctor's negligence, Viktoria had to spend all of her childhood in hospitals. This accident led to lasting problems over her left leg. Viktoria turned this condition into creative performance. She is now modeling for magazines and busy fighting the imposed beauty ideals!

5. Sylvester Stallone


Due to a medical complication at birth, Sylvester Stallone's facial nerves were injured. Stallone has a partial palsy over the left side of his face. This eventually caused a problem with his speech. However, this doesn't stop Sylvester from having a successful acting career. Sylvester has acted in over 50 movies including blockbusters Rocky, The Expendables, and Rambo. He is now well-known for his brave facial expression.

6. Jamie Brewer


Actress and model Jamie Brewer has Down Syndrome. Jamie has become well-known from acting in American Horror Story. She is also the first model with down syndrome who walked the runway during the NYFW 2015.

 says Brewer.

Whitaker has Congenital ptosis (drooping upper eyelid). This doesn't affect his acting career for a second. The Golden Globe, Emmy and BAFTA winner actor is appreciated by all the critics. Those eyes give Whitaker extra charisma, don't you think?

8. RJ Mitte


Mitte is battling with the effects of cerebral palsy since the day he was born. On the acclaimed TV show, he was playing a character called Walter White Jr, who has the same condition. Mitte devoted his life to helping out others who have the same condition.

9. Marlee Matlin


Marlee is the first hearing-impaired person to receive the Best Actress award! Marlee got this prestigious award with her first role in Children of Lesser God. She also took parts in TV shows such as Desperate Housewives, Body Parts, My Name is Earl and Switched at Birth.

10. Nick Vujicic


This young man called Nick Vujicic came into this world with a rare condition called tetra-amelia. Tetra-amelia is a congenital disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs, arm, and legs. Vujicic didn't let this condition dictate his own life. Apart from being happy with his own life, he is writing books to spread this positive energy with others. He is spending his days by doing motivational public speeches.
