Ingredients:

  • 100g all-purpose flour

  • 140ml water

  • 2 eggs

  • 200g shredded cabbage

  • 50g thinly sliced pork belly

  • Green onions, chopped

  • Pickled ginger

  • Mayonnaise & Okonomiyaki sauce

Directions:

  • Mix flour and water to form a batter. Add in eggs, cabbage, green onions, and pickled ginger. Mix well.

  • Pour batter onto a hot griddle, place pork slices on top. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip.

  • Once cooked, drizzle with mayonnaise and Okonomiyaki sauce.

Moroccan Chicken Tagine

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 tsp ground cumin

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Fresh cilantro & toasted almonds

Directions:

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 cups tomato juice

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Chill for 2 hours before serving.

  • 500g shrimp, peeled

  • 400ml coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp curry paste

Directions:

  • Sauté onion and garlic. Add curry paste and turmeric.

  • Pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil.

  • 50g mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf white bread

  • 500g lamb/chicken, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  • 400g canned tomatoes

  • Fresh cilantro

Directions:

  • Sauté onion, garlic, and meat. Add curry powder and tomatoes.

  • Hollow out bread loaf, fill with curry. Garnish with cilantro.
