Ingredients:
100g all-purpose flour
140ml water
2 eggs
200g shredded cabbage
50g thinly sliced pork belly
Green onions, chopped
Pickled ginger
Mayonnaise & Okonomiyaki sauce
Directions:
Mix flour and water to form a batter. Add in eggs, cabbage, green onions, and pickled ginger. Mix well.
Pour batter onto a hot griddle, place pork slices on top. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip.
Once cooked, drizzle with mayonnaise and Okonomiyaki sauce.
Moroccan Chicken Tagine
Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground cumin
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, chopped
100g dried apricots
500ml chicken stock
2 tbsp honey
Fresh cilantro & toasted almonds
Directions:
Sear chicken in a pan with spices. Remove.
Sauté garlic and onions. Add apricots, chicken stock, and honey.
Return chicken to the pan. Simmer until tender. Garnish with cilantro and almonds.
Spanish Gazpacho
Ingredients:
6 ripe tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
3 cups tomato juice
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Chill for 2 hours before serving.
Indian Coconut Shrimp Curry
Ingredients:
500g shrimp, peeled
400ml coconut milk
2 tbsp curry paste
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh cilantro
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic. Add curry paste and turmeric.
Pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil.
Add shrimp, cook until pink. Garnish with cilantro.

Ingredients:
4 corn cobs
50g mayonnaise
50g crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp chili powder
Lime wedges
Fresh cilantro
Directions:
Grill corn until charred.

Ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 eggplant, sliced

Directions:

Ingredients:
200g glutinous rice
400ml coconut milk
150g sugar
1 ripe mango, sliced
Sesame seeds & mung beans
Directions:
Soak rice for 4 hours, steam until tender.
Heat coconut milk with sugar, pour over rice.
Serve with mango slices, sprinkle with sesame seeds and mung beans.
South African Bunny Chow
Ingredients:
1 loaf white bread
500g lamb/chicken, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp curry powder
400g canned tomatoes
Fresh cilantro
Directions:
Sauté onion, garlic, and meat. Add curry powder and tomatoes.
Hollow out bread loaf, fill with curry. Garnish with cilantro.
Greek Tzatziki
Ingredients:
500g Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated & drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp dill, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving.

Ingredients:
400g sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp butter
Chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
Cook milk, cocoa, and butter until thickened.
