This carrot bread recipe will be both an economical and delicious alternative, where you can show your creativity in the kitchen by making use of leftover bread pieces or carrot peels. You can have a delicious and different taste with the ingredients at home.

First, bring the bread to a flour-like consistency, making sure there are no whole pieces left. In a mixer, add the egg and gradually add the sugar while starting to beat at medium speed.

Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl (baking powder, cinnamon, bread crumbs, salt). Then, continue to beat with a mixer while slowly adding these ingredients.

After adding the oil to the mixture and stirring one last time, pour into a 30 cm pre-greased mould and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
