Bugatti’s Residential Project Sells Out
Bugatti, a French brand renowned as one of the world's most luxurious car manufacturers, has ventured into the realm of real estate. They have commenced the construction of a 43-story residential tower in Dubai, a city in the United Arab Emirates. Among Bugatti's first clients are famed footballer Neymar and opera artist Andrea Bocelli. It's speculated that Neymar has secured a deal for a penthouse in this luxury residence for a whopping 54 million dollars. Moreover, it has been revealed that the least expensive apartment in Bugatti's luxury dwellings will set back potential buyers by 5.2 million dollars.
Following in the footsteps of luxury car brands like Porsche and Aston Martin, Bugatti has now ventured into the real estate business.
Bugatti, having signed a deal with 'Binghatti Properties,' has commenced the construction of a 43-story luxury residential building in Dubai, UAE.
The French-origin luxury sports car brand announced that the cheapest apartment in the residence they're building will be priced at $5.2 million.
The first customers of Bugatti were globally renowned Brazilian footballer Neymar and Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli. It's been speculated that Neymar paid a total of $54 million for an apartment located on the top floor.
According to the statement by Mohammed BinGhatti, CEO of project partner Binghatti Properties, the most expensive penthouses in the 'Bugatti Residences By Binghatti' building will feature large, private car elevators, allowing owners to park their vehicles inside their apartments.
In past years, luxury residential projects by famous sports car brands Porsche and Aston Martin were brought to life in Miami, USA.
