After her doctor warned her that she could suffer a stroke at any moment, Trish Cheatham, a 50-year-old woman living in the Midwest of the United States, decided to make a radical change in her life.

Cheatham, who tipped the scales at 90 kilograms, not only regained his health by shedding approximately 22 kilograms within just a year, but also embraced a completely new lifestyle.
As a CEO managing two companies, Cheatham, who single-handedly raises her autistic son under immense stress, admits that she has neglected her health over the years.

In 2020, when he was seriously ill and hospitalized, his blood pressure had skyrocketed to a level of 16/10. Doctors warned that the risk of stroke was extremely high and discharged him on the condition of regular blood pressure monitoring.
This warning marked a turning point for him. As a first step, he embarked on a 10-day sugar detox, completely eliminating processed foods, sugar, and alcohol from his life. Subsequently, he started walking every day. Gradually, he increased his walking distance to as much as 16 kilometers a day. Throughout this process, he managed to shed approximately 11 kilograms in just three months.
During the pandemic, with the closure of gyms, he continued his workouts at home and in open spaces.

Utilizing only dumbbells, resistance bands, and basic equipment, he committed to a regular workout routine. His diet, on the other hand, was predominantly protein-based and was organized according to a plan that tracked his macronutrient intake, which consisted of five meals per day.
By the end of the year, Cheatham's weight had dropped to 54 kilograms. However, his transformation didn't stop at weight loss; he had also gained muscle mass, and he reports that his energy levels had increased and his overall health had significantly improved. Following the achievement of his goal, at the age of 48, he made the decision to participate in his first fitness competition.
Cheatham, who boasts over 70,000 followers on social media today, emphatically asserts that she has not undergone any cosmetic procedures and does not alter her photos.

He asserts that he has completely eliminated alcohol from his life, and has left his old habits so far behind that he doesn't even contemplate returning to them.
