Allegations have emerged that are likely to upset fans of Game of Thrones, who still mourn its end.
Following Kit Harington's statement in an interview that "Jon Snow should have become king," a user on X provided insights into incidents during the show's production.
According to claims by user @opheliacomeback, Emilia Clarke, who portrayed Daenerys Targaryen, had a difficult time during the Game of Thrones process, to the point of extreme stress that almost led to her death.
Lena Headey, who played Cersei in the series, reportedly faced coercion from the HBO team when she requested the use of a body double for a nude walk scene, citing that as a mother, it would not be appropriate for her to be naked on screen.

Subsequently, Clarke allegedly became uncomfortable with scenes involving Cersei's nudity being consistently written into the script.
This wasn't the only issue. In the first book, Sansa's dream depicted her naked, but due to Sophie Turner being underage at the time, the scene was not filmed.
However, as soon as Turner came of age, numerous nudity and intimate scenes were written for her character, which led Turner to state that she "learned about sex from the show."
The writing of Sansa's scenes based on Turner's preferences while Clarke's scenes were explicitly scripted as "nude" reportedly drove Clarke to frustration and conflicts with the set.
Clarke's acceptance of these scenes she didn't want reportedly stemmed from her newness in the industry and the view that she wouldn't find such an opportunity again.

However, witnessing biased treatment on set led Clarke to sour on the project entirely. Moreover, the set team reportedly lacked understanding even for health issues.
Rumors suggest that the scenario team, acting in concert with the set crew, deliberately mishandled Daenerys Targaryen's character in the final season for this reason. There were even difficulties in salary negotiations with Kit Harington, leading to his character also being "disposed of."
Despite the series initially aligning closely with the books, later deviations and author George R. R. Martin's acknowledgment of the situation without recourse bolster these claims.
Clarke's frequent comments about the final season being nonsensical, last-minute changes, and her own surprise at these alterations might be attributed to all of these factors.
