Who is Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s wife, Lauren Hashian?

American actor, businessman, and former professional wrestler Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has lived his life in the spotlight, whether it be for his wrestling career or acting career. But while we see this big of a man as someone who we do not want to mess around with, surely there are still some things that make him loveable. And what better way to discover that than by looking at his relationship with his wife, Lauren Hashian?

Lauren Hashian has music in her blood having been born into a family of musicians. She was born on September 8, 1984. Her father was the drummer for the band Boston. Lauren followed his footsteps because she is also a singer and songwriter. She even appeared on RU the girl? to compete for a chance to perform and release her own singles. Some of Lauren’s singles include “Ride the Wave” and “Step Into a Love Like This”.

Hashian revealed in a 2017 interview that she constantly sang when she was still in middle school and often credits her inspirations as her friends and family.

Hashian and Johnson first met in 2006 while the latter, who played Joe Kingman, was filming The Game Plan. The two have been dating since 2007 ever since Johnson announced his split with his ex-wife of 11 years, Dany Garcia. Now while their relationship is already known to the public, the two only made their first public or red-carpet debut in 2013.

In December 2015, Hashian and Johnson announced that they welcomed their first daughter and in April 2018.

On August 18, 2019, the couple finally tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Kauai, Hawaii after dating for more than a decade. The two also have a 12-year age gap but it is evident that it is not a big deal for any of them.

Now while Hashian is not an actor like her husband, the two make it work. In July 2021, the two even collaborated on a song that she wrote for an Olympics commercial advertising ZOA energy.

Lauren also used her unique talent in songwriting when she wrote an anniversary song “Step Into a Love Like This” for her and The Rock’s first wedding anniversary in August 2020.

At present, Lauren is enjoying her life as a spouse to The Rock while tending to their children. The couple have two daughters: Jasmine who was born in December 2015 and Tiana who was born in April 2018. The couple and their family reside in Los Angeles. They sometimes also visit their family farm in Virginia and their second home in Southwest Ranches, Florida.
