Since its debut in 1989, and now in its 36th season, the show has managed to foresee many eerie events, from Donald Trump's presidency to other shocking incidents.

Recently, the show's producer, Matt Selman, gave an interview to People. He repeated what he's been saying for years over and over again.
In his statement, Selman said,
'I always give the same answer, and nobody likes it. If you know history or math, it’s impossible not to predict some things. If you say enough things, some of them will match reality. That’s part of math. Also, if you’re making a show about past stupidity, it’s not hard to predict future stupidity.'
The show’s team doesn’t appreciate people sharing fake images online and claiming they predicted things they didn’t.
