A survey conducted with 2,000 young people aged 18 to 29 revealed an increased desire to align their work with their personalities and passions, while prioritizing well-being. But what does this mean?

In the survey, 33% of respondents said they dream of becoming professional gamers, while 56% stated they would prefer to work in social media.

Additionally, 73% emphasized the value of maintaining a good work-life balance, and 55% said they would consider a potential employer's environmental impact when evaluating a job offer. More than half of the group expressed interest in working as social media professionals.
