‘Splatoon 3’ is coming to Nintendo Switch on September
After five long years of waiting, Splatoon 3 is officially releasing its third season on September 9. This season was made as a similar combination of new weapons and special abilities that includes a co-op mode called Salmon Run and a new single-player campaign called “Return of the Mammalians.”
Nintendo recently revealed a new trailer of Splatoon’s upcoming season. According to the video, it includes a full 4v4 Turf War battle from the inky shooter on a new stage called Eetail Alley. They also included that Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion DLC is set to be free to Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pass subscribers.
Recent season Ocot Expansion was an 8.8 review with comments defining it with ‘gratifying difficult levels.’ According to a reddit discussion, users had expressed their excitement and approval for the game.
“It is a brilliant game. Playing is believing. Splatoon 2 gets a five... out of five.” a user commented.
“The only people who say games are 'kid's games' are those who are uncomfortable with their own level of maturity. It's totally worth the full price, and probably won't go on sale anytime soon.” another user said.
“Yes, I highly recommend it. Well over 200 hours, seems worth the price for me. And I'm not even that highly ranked...PVE Salmon Run alone would almost be worth $60.” another user added.
This year’s competition for Nintendo will be interesting and fans are surely excited about what's coming next. The Japanese gaming giant is set to launch another in April called Nintendo Switch Sports.
The Switch continues to be a famous console in the marketplace against PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
