Michelle Dopak, an employee at SpaceX's Hawthorne headquarters in California, has filed a lawsuit against the company, alleging seven years of facing issues such as sexual harassment, unfair pay, discrimination, sexual assault, and retaliation.

Dopak claims to have been directly subjected to sexual assault by her superior, accusing the company of covering up the incident. She asserts that high-level executives at SpaceX have been indifferent to complaints about these matters.

In addition to similar claims made by five former SpaceX employees and eight women from Tesla in 2021, this lawsuit further compounds the negative perception surrounding the company.

In the 40-page complaint presented in the case, Dopak expresses that the promised promotion was not delivered, considering it only a minor detail among the serious problems she faced.

Serious allegations, including sexual harassment, deceit, unfair payments, and efforts to cover up these issues, are put forth.
