A Dark Comic Series ‘The Baby’ Coming Soon to HBO Max
This April got HBO Max delivering films round the clock. The Baby is one of its newest projects that’s set to premiere on April 24th. The series lands in eight episodes running for 25-30 minutes.
Synopsis
Created by Slan R-Grace and Lucy Gaymer, this series follows a thirty-eight-year-old babyless Natasha, who is surprisingly bestowed with the ownership of a baby, something she never wanted. This Baby's mother falls from a cliff, meeting her death, but the Baby survives.
Motherhood can be messy, especially when murder is involved: Michelle De Swarte playing Natasha struggles with this never-expected motherhood as the baby exploits, dominates, and even murders those around her.
When Natasha learns of Baby's deadly nature, she desperately tries to get rid of it. She never wanted a baby, but this Baby is so much into her.
Cast Members
Amira Ghazalla representing Mrs Eaves is the mysterious seventy-year-old who has lived out of her car for the last 50 years and is now everywhere the Baby is. Amber Grappy portrays Bobbi, Natasha's little sister, who, unlike Natasha, endeavours to have children.
Other casts for The Baby include Sinead Cusack (Barbara) and Patrice Naiambana (Lyle), enacting Natasha's mother and father. Shvrone Marks plays Mags, Tamya Reynolds enacts Helen, Isy Suttie represents Rita, Karl Davies acts Jack, Seyan Sarvan portrays Nour, while Divian Ladwa plays Fooze.
