A Korean family’s tale of hardship after immigrating to Japan, Pachinko takes place in three separate storylines that are ripe for a multi-season arc. After a well-received first run, this streaming adaptation is already up for a second season.

The second part of Ozark’s final fourth season aired on Netflix on April 29th, 2020, just a few months after the first part. Showrunner Chris Mundy returned to solid teleplays for the first and last episodes, keeping things in line with a tone that felt sad to be gone after he wrote all the previous premiere and finale episodes (aside from the pilot).
