In an interview, Prime Video’s Nicole Morganti (Italian Originals, Manager) highlighted that they’d been sweet-talking Laura for so long but without an appropriate project for her. 

Pleased To Meet You is a unique contact with this brilliant artist. It’s full of emotions and a great opportunity for Laura to answer her long-lived question.

Cast

Laura Pausini: Pleased To Meet You consists of herself, Eleonora Conti, Maria Timo, Paolo Carta, Fabrizio Pausini, Silvia Pausini, Gianna B. Pausini, Eliza Padovani, Erica Ricciardelli and Cristina Musconi.

Other characters include Cezara Zeka portraying Laura in 1992, Beatrice Magliozzi representing baby Laura, Luca Lorenzi (Marcello), Eleonora Landi as Rita, and Cristiano Cavolini enacting Cristiano.
