The slide located at City Hall Plaza in Boston went viral after a police officer was seen being catapulted off it in an uncontrolled manner. Following this incident, the slide has been affectionately dubbed the 'Cop Slide'. Naturally, the video sparked a wave of interest, leading to a surge of people flocking to the slide. This trend has been going strong for almost two years now. Originally designed for children, the slide is actually quite fast and potentially hazardous for adults. Consequently, when adults attempt to use it, some precarious situations can ensue. However, this hasn't deterred thrill-seekers from continuing to give it a go.
