Content creator Steven Dgirolamo wanted to film a similar video on a cold winter's day. However, he miscalculated the trajectory of the water, resulting in burns to his face. Writhing in pain, he quickly cooled his face with snow.

So, what's causing this picture?
This phenomenon occurs when hot water rapidly disperses into tiny particles in the cold air and evaporates. This vapor then transforms directly into ice crystals due to the extreme cold, without having time to condense. The droplets that suddenly crystallize and hang in the air form the famous image resembling a white cloud.
