Breaking News! Prime Video Announces the Premiere Date for 'Fairfax' Season 2

The hilarious animated TV show Fairfax returns to our screens with new season 2 episodes. Last night Prime Video confirmed the premiere date Friday, June 10 2022, for Fairfax season 2 on Twitter. Fairfax on Prime also posted the first looks of the series' upcoming season along with its trailer.

The gang returns for more adventure in season 2 of the adult-animated comedy show. The misadventures of four-middle schoolers looking to find their position in society continues. Fairfax season 2 takes a modern approach to the endless struggle to fit in or distinguish oneself.

Fairfax season 2 lines up an impressive voice cast consisting of Colton Dunn, Billy Porter, Pamela Adlon, Jeff Bottoms, David Strathairn, John Leguizamo, Tim Simmons, Mark Proksch, Annie Muphy, JB Smoove, Yvette Nicole Brown, Larry Owens, Michaela Dietz, Rob Delaney, Ben Schwartz, Edi Patterson and Zoey Deutch. 

The Fairfax regular characters reprising their roles are Skyler Gisosondo as Dale, Jaboukie Young-White as Truman, Peter S. Kim as Benny and Kiersey Clemons as Derica.

The teaser trailer shows Truman (Jaboukie Young-White) meeting Guy Fieri after making barbecue flavored fettuccine.

The animated comedy series was critically praised after its October 2021 release, with critics applauding it as accurate, hilarious and intelligent. Fairfax is created by long-time buddies Aaron Buchsbaum, Matthew Hausfater and Teddy Riley. The trio also serves as executive producers alongside Ben Kalina, Chris Prynoski, Jason O. Nadler, Jon Zimelis, Peter A. Knight and Shannon Prynoski.
