Since its release, the Netflix series 'Baby Reindeer' has been at the center of controversies.
Depicting real-life events experienced by Scottish comedian Richard Gadd, the show is filled with disturbing scenes portraying sexual abuse, assault, and violence.
After it was revealed that the real person who harassed Richard Gadd was Fiona Harvey, Harvey began making striking claims about the series.
She stated that she had received death threats from Gadd's supporters and that she would sue him.
Fiona Harvey didn't stop there.
Just recently, she gave a highly impactful interview to renowned journalist Piers Morgan. In the interview, Harvey claimed she hadn't watched the series and stated that some events portrayed in the show were lies.
In her interview with Morgan, Fiona Harvey alleged that she actually had a reindeer toy as a child, that the curtain hanging prank was real.
Additionally, Harvey denied certain scenes from the series.
She claimed she never drank anything for free at the pub, never followed Richard home, never attacked his girlfriend, never contacted Gadd's family or threatened them, stated that the scene where Richard is harassed on the channel is false, and that contrary to what was shown in the series, he has never been to jail in his life.
In addition to all these statements, Fiona Harvey accused Richard Gadd of being a psychopath and misogynistic.
She claimed that Gadd did everything for money.
Journalist Piers Morgan told Harvey after these statements, "You're either innocent or a fantastic liar."
