The Test That Exposes Cheaters in 60 Seconds: An Australian Coach's Viral Experiment
Life coach Felicity Morgan, residing in Australia, has recently made headlines with her '60-second infidelity test' shared on social media. According to Morgan, all you need to do is simply turn on the television. The scenes you watch reveal more about the character of the person in front of you than you might initially think.
Morgan asserts that this method brings to light obscured aspects such as 'hidden guilt' and 'denial'.
According to Felicity Morgan, the way your partner reacts to infidelity scenes on screen can be quite revealing.

The 35-year-old life coach, with her 108,000 followers, explains in a video that the test is extremely simple. You're launching a reality show on television with a theme of infidelity.
Morgan states, 'If your partner reacts excessively to the scenes, shouts or gets angry, it might be more significant than you think.' This is because such intense anger is often perceived as a covert attempt by the person to defend themselves. She adds, 'Sometimes, a person overreacts to avoid appearing as though they are doing something they would never do.'
According to Morgan, such behaviors reveal suppressed guilt or unconscious tendencies.

Working with a psychological approach called shadow work, Morgan has applied this method with over 10,000 clients in the past decade.
Morgan advises caution, stating, 'The more a person insists 'I would never cheat,' the more careful you should be.' According to him, people do not defend something they are not. Therefore, if someone tells you 'I would never cheat' within the first moments of meeting, this statement could be a defense mechanism.
Felicity suggests that the reaction of an honest person is generally more composed. 'Someone who responds neutrally evaluates the situation without displaying excessive anger. This indicates that they are not harboring an internal conflict,' she explains.
Shadow work enables an individual to recognize the aspects they've been concealing.

According to Morgan, shadow work is rooted in the exploration of suppressed emotions and behavioral patterns within one's inner world.
When a person becomes alienated from themselves, the things they react to in the external world are in fact markers of the aspects they suppress within. Consequently, someone's excessive sensitivity about fidelity could be linked to suppressed guilt within themselves.
