Microsoft Crowned World's Best Employer for 2025 by Forbes
The year 2025 proved to be a tumultuous one for the business world, with ongoing conflicts in key global regions, the US elections, the artificial intelligence revolution, trade wars, and tax tariffs stirring the pot. Major corporations made massive layoffs, numbering in the thousands. However, despite the chaos of this year, surveys indicate that leading companies around the world continued to provide their employees with good opportunities. In order to compile the Forbes 2025 list of the World's Best Employers, the opinions of over 300,000 employees in 50 countries were taken into account.
The study took into account not only the financial benefits companies offer to their employees, but also the non-material advantages.

Participants evaluated their employers on matters such as salary, career progression, work-life balance, and reputation. They compared them with their former employers and their surroundings. According to the results, 900 companies made the list. So, which companies are considered the best employers according to the employees?
According to the survey, Microsoft holds the top spot. Delta Airlines trails in second place, closely followed by Alphabet.
