Factors such as limited land supply, central location advantages, being at the heart of transportation networks, and the high prestige they offer have pushed the price per square meter in some districts beyond 250,000 TL. According to the disclosed data, Bebek, a neighborhood in the district of Beşiktaş, has become the wealthiest neighborhood in Istanbul. Known for its Bosphorus view and deep-rooted historical texture, Bebek has set a record with the average square meter price of a residence exceeding 250 thousand Turkish Liras. The neighborhoods trailing Bebek are Etiler and Emirgan, respectively. In Etiler, the square meter prices find buyers at the level of 220 thousand liras, while in Emirgan, it's around 215 thousand liras.

On the Asian side of Istanbul, the wealthiest neighborhood turned out to be Kandilli, which is part of Üsküdar.
