According to a report by Ramazan Erkin Öncan from NTV, the German government has guaranteed the payment of salaries for US soldiers stationed in the country. It was announced that Germany will cover the October salaries of approximately 11,000 local employees working at US military bases.

A spokesperson for the German Ministry of Finance stated that it is not yet clear whether the payments will come from the US, but the German government will ensure that the salaries are paid on time.
