Islam Memis emphasized the ongoing uncertainty in the gold market. Pointing out that the sharp drop experienced in March is now in the past, Memis made the following prediction regarding gold prices:
'We're currently at $4,778, along with the $4,100 level. If news of an agreement comes, we can expect to see gold reach the $5,200 mark. However, if we receive signals of continued conflict, we should first anticipate a drop to $4,650, followed by a potential further fall to $4,400.'

Addressing the confusion in the investor's mind, Islam Memiş remarked, 'It seems like the end is nigh. Yes. That's the message we've received from the markets... The markets no longer take declines seriously, they're seeking a narrative to rise, looking for an excuse,' he stated.
Highlighting that the markets are in search of a story to fuel their rise, Memiş noted, 'Despite the closure of the Strait of Hormuz over the weekend, assets against precious metals or oil experienced a mild drop, we didn't witness a drastic decline.'

Memiş, who proposes a participation system model for those wanting to purchase homes, vehicles, or shops, stated, 'Particularly those who are eager to buy homes, vehicles, or shops can shift their preferences towards a participation system model, instead of persistently opting for loans from deposit banks. The official cost here is around 7%, but when we factor in the additional costs, you can make the purchase at a cost hovering around 10%.'
