Today, trends like 'Sad Girl Aesthetic' or 'Quiet Luxury' are all the rage. The chaotic, neon, and vibrant world of the 80s has given way to more professional, clean, and orderly looking 'earth tones', 'grey', and 'white'. This shift symbolizes the modern individual's desire to escape chaos and seek simplicity. While vibrant colors (red, yellow, fuchsia) represent extroversion and excitement, neutral tones (grey, beige, anthracite) embody control, efficiency, and seriousness.

In recent years, there's been a trend in cinema and social media content towards what we call 'Muted Colors'. It's believed to lend a more 'expensive' and 'cool' vibe. The exploding colors of the 80s now seem 'tiring to the eye' or 'tacky' to many designers.
