To keep us glued to our screens, Prime Video has brought a new thriller, Failing Upwards, from the Scottish presenter and comedian, Iain Stirling of Love Island, the star and creator of Buffering, and a BAFTA champion.

Stirling commenced his comedy profession at the Edinburgh Fringe and has since appeared on various comedy shows, Taskmaster and Russell Howard’s Good News included.

What is 'Iain Stirling: Failing Upwards' About?

Failing Upwards is Stirling’s first Prime Video production, filmed at Alexander Palace Theatre and produced by Avalon Entertainment. This film will chronicle the comedian’s fame pressures, inability to work in public settings, and more everyday issues such as when someone thieved his shoes. It will also tackle the negative impact of social media on our daily lives.

Stirling has taken it to his main Twitter page to share the premiere news of the stand-up special accompanied by a 59-seconds video clip.

What Else is Iain Stirling Up To?

Besides Failing Upwards, Stirling returns as Love Island’s voiceover on its new accomplishment dropping soon via ITV2 while hosting CelebAbility, ITV2’s sixth consecutive film. Stirling recently completed his greatest stand-up journey on April 24th, 2022, at Dublin’s Vicar Street.

We also acknowledge the comedian’s achievements in his book Not Ready to Adult Yet, published by HarperCollins, accompanied by a podcast of the same title.
