Ceren Karakoç Talks About Kızılcık Şerbeti Fans Waiting Outside The Set In The Rain
Ceren Karakoç, who plays Nursema in Kızılcık Şerbeti, says fans come to the show's set every day. In a conversation on Oksijen TV's YouTube channel, she said the crowd outside doesn't disperse even when it rains.
Ceren Karakoç says the area outside the Kızılcık Şerbeti set in Bebek fills up with fans every day.
The host noted that the series is filmed at a waterfront mansion and a villa in Bebek, and asked whether people come by during shooting. 'Of course,' Ceren Karakoç answered.
She described the steps in front of the villa's gate and garage entrance as packed with fans: 'Pretty much full from top to bottom.'
Fans wait outside every day, but they can't see the actors during filming.
Asked whether fans are there during shooting too, Ceren Karakoç said: 'Our audience is always there.' But those waiting outside can't watch the filming: 'Of course, they can't see us.'
She explained that the villa sits above the steps while fans wait below, so actors and fans only cross paths during breaks. She called the crowds at meal breaks or on the way down to Bebek 'unbelievable.'
"I haven't seen that place empty for a single day," says Ceren Karakoç.
Her most striking comments were about fans staying put whatever the weather: 'And they just stand there! It's raining, and they're waiting.'
She said the sight upsets her: 'It makes you sad, you feel bad.' She also thanked them: 'Bless them, they never leave us alone. I haven't seen that place empty for a single day.'
