As winter arrives, we put on our coats, adjust our hoods, zip up halfway and we're good to go. Little did we know, we've all been wearing our coats wrong all this time. A post made by a content creator on social media had us all asking, 'Why didn't I know this before?'
Let's take a closer look together 👇
You can watch it from here:
The post explained that the fur detail found on the hood of the coats is not for elegance, but entirely for functionality.

The fur part was actually supposed to be folded inward. The content creator enlightened us by saying, 'Folks, you've been wearing your jackets all wrong. Please stop wearing them like this. They're designed for functionality, not just for style. You should actually fold it inward like this; it will cover your ears and cut off the wind. If you zip your jacket all the way up, it prevents air from getting in and you stay much warmer. If you leave it as is, the wind will keep hitting you and you won't be able to warm up.'
