It is imperative for Melisa to substantiate her allegations promptly, with tangible steps and verifiable information, such as eyewitness accounts, hospital records, and family statements. If she requests our assistance in this matter, we are ready to facilitate her communication with the relevant institutions. However, if the proposal is to punish a young woman 15 years later for something she did as a 4-year-old child, that would not be fair.'
