Fatih Ürek was rushed to the hospital following a heart attack at his home on October 15, 2025. Unfortunately, he passed away on January 30th.
Despite occasional glimmers of hope during his lengthy intensive care treatment, the desired improvement in Fatih Ürek's health was not achieved. The artist, who passed away at the age of 59, plunged his fans into deep sorrow. His funeral took place at the Karacaahmet Cemetery in Üsküdar, Istanbul. Following his death, details about his estate came into the spotlight.
It was reported that Ürek owned a mansion in Bodrum worth approximately 170 million TL, had five apartments in Ataşehir, and held cash assets in the bank. Furthermore, it was shared that he possessed a car valued at around 6 million TL. It was also mentioned that he had a collection of diamonds and jewelry.

Journalist Seyhan Erdağ shed light on the matter during the 'Nur Viral'le Sen İstersen' show. Erdağ stated that following the legal proceedings, the inheritance was left to the siblings. Accordingly, Sevli Ürek and Nurgül Fırat were the ones who shared the inheritance.
