In the film, Donald Trump is portrayed by Sebastian Stan, while Roy Cohn is played by Succession's award-winning star Jeremy Strong.
Ivana Trump is portrayed by Maria Bakalova. According to The Independent, Sebastian Stan recently explained how he got into the role of Donald Trump during an appearance on the Today Show.
Stan explained, "I didn’t sleep at all," and added:
'I couldn’t sleep while preparing for this role because there were so many documents, footage, and research I had to go through. There are a lot of files documenting Trump’s rise to where he is today. Becoming Trump is like playing an instrument. You know, like when you sit down at the piano and practice until you perfect it. Then, you can do it even in your sleep. That’s what it felt like,' he said.
Donald Trump's campaign team had threatened to sue director Abbasi.
