Projects Since ‘DAMN.’

Kendrick Lamar has been largely absent from the music business for a few years now, aside from curating the acclaimed collection for Marvel’s Black Panther. He popped up on one single with his cousin Baby Keem in 2021, but his main venture has been co-founding the multi-platform media company PGLang. Co-founder Dave Free has been friends with Kendrick Lamar for many years and similarly announced his departure from Top Dawg in 2020, around the time of the PGLang announcement.

New Album Name and Release Date

Kendrick Lamar’s new album is called Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, and it is set to release on May 13th. The album will be available on all streaming services.
