‘Elite’ Is Back For Season 5 On Netflix: Who’s Returning And Who's Saying Goodbye?
Spanish teen-drama ‘Elite’ returns for its fifth season this April. Here’s what we know so far.
Who Will Be Among The Cast Of ‘Elite’ Will Be Reprised In Season 5?
Again, no formal confirmation on who will be in the Elite season 5 cast has been made as of yet. With their characters finishing school and moving on to new enterprises, Ester Expósito (Carla), Danna Paola (Lu), lvaro Rico (Polo), Mina El Hammani (Nadia), and Jorge López (Valerio) all left the program at the end of season 3. Mina does, however, appear as a guest in season 4.
Itzan Escamilla (Samuel), Miguel Bernardeau (Guzmán), Arón Piper (Ander), Omar Shana (Omar), and Claudia Salas (Rebeka) all return for Season 4, while Manu Rios (Patrick), Pol Granch (Phillipe), Carla Daz (Ari), and Martina Cariddi (Menca) make their first appearances as new characters.
Because the season ends midway through the school year, it appears that practically everyone will return. Arón and Miguel, on the other hand, are unlikely to return because Guzmán and Ander both go on vacation at the end of the season, unless they are forced to return to Madrid. It's also unclear whether Pol Granch will reprise his role as Phillipe.
In other news, Netflix has announced that Argentinian actress Valentina Zenere and Brazilian actor André Lamoglia will star as Sofia and Gonzalo, respectively, in Season 5 of the franchise. Since then, it's been revealed that French actor Adam Nourou will also be joining the group as Eric, a student.

‘Elite’ (Season 5) is confirmed to debut on Netflix on April 8, 2022.

What Can You Expect On ‘Elite’ (Season 5)?
With Armando now dead and Mencía no longer in danger, ‘Elite’ Season 5 could focus on a brand new mystery. However, if Armando's dead body is found, all the characters could be questioned by the police and Guzmán and Ander could even be brought back, particularly seeing as Guzmán killed Armando.
Elsewhere, Samuel and Ari could finally start dating now that Guzmán is out of the picture. We also expect there will be a lot more Mencía and Rebeka scenes, and Omar, Cayetana and Patrick could all find new love interests.
