Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu’s First Reaction After Arrest Order Revealed
The incident that claimed the life of 21-year-old young footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı in Ümraniye has been the talk of the town for days, not only due to its tragic nature but also because of the names involved. The arrest of Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, a well-known figure in the entertainment world, as part of the investigation, has taken the course of the incident to an entirely different level. Her initial reaction upon hearing the news of her arrest has also come to light.
The incident that took place in Ümraniye, Istanbul, claiming the life of 21-year-old footballer Kubilay Kaan Kundakçı, has been a persistent topic in Turkey's news cycle for days.
According to allegations, the chain of events reportedly began when Vahap Canbay from the rap group Canbay & Wolker expressed a desire to reunite with Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, from whom he had separated some time ago. During this period, it was suggested that Canbay sought assistance from his friend Kubilay Kundakçı, who was known to be on good terms with Kalaycıoğlu.
Accompanied by Canbay and others, Kundakçı reportedly went to the studio where Kalaycıoğlu was located.
Allegedly, individuals who arrived at the scene in luxury vehicles equipped with flashing lights opened fire on the vehicle where the group was situated. Kundakçı, who was seriously injured in the attack, later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
In the aftermath of the incident, a number of individuals, including Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu, were taken into custody as part of the ensuing investigation. It was also reported that the murder weapon had been recovered.
The suspects detained in connection with the investigation were subsequently arrested by the court to which they were presented.
According to the information relayed by journalist Emrullah Erdinç, Aleyna Kalaycıoğlu was profoundly shocked upon hearing the decision of her arrest.
It was reported that Kalaycıoğlu, unable to hold back her tears, had a crying fit.
Struggling to comprehend the verdict, it was alleged that Kalaycıoğlu turned to those around her and her lawyer, asking, 'Am I going to jail now?'
Her state of shock and panic was notably apparent. After the proceedings, it was learned that Kalaycıoğlu was sent to the Marmara Women's Prison in Silivri.
