In the video, he succinctly expressed his predicament, saying, 'Mom, I beg you, plain and simple... I want to buy my house back, I want to get my car back. I'm trying to contact my landlord, but he's not picking up. They've blocked me everywhere. Even the phone line I've been using for 26 years has been disconnected.'
However, the response from his mother was just as striking as his words. Karacan's mother, trying to calm her son down, said, 'Don't ask me for help. Ask for help from within yourself. Calm down, then everything will return to normal. First, ask for help from within, pull yourself together. I'm leaving now, leaving you alone with yourself. Pull yourself together, I can't do it for you.'
