A Historic Score Rarely Seen on Football Fields in Germany

A historic score was recorded in a match played in Germany yesterday. In the Hamburg Regional Amateur League, Mesopotamien 2 defeated Moorburg by an astounding 660 goals. Despite Moorburg fielding only seven players, one of whom was a woman, they declined the referee's offer to abandon the match halfway.

A football match played in the amateur league in Germany on Sunday has made history.

In the Hamburg Regional Amateur League, Mesopotamien 2, which is at the top of the league, managed to defeat the bottom team, Moorburg, with a score of 660. The visiting team only had seven players, one of whom was a female footballer.

Although the referee of the match suggested to stop the game, the Moorburg player who was also the coach refused the offer and the team stayed on the field for 90 minutes.

Moorburg had also lost their previous match in the cup with a score of 532.

Turkish defender Ömer Yıldırım, who plays for Mesopotamien 2, scored 17 goals in the match.
