A brand-new film from Park Chan-wook, the director of the 2003 South Korean mystery and thriller film Oldboy, is coming soon.
The first trailer for Uprising, which will be released on Netflix on October 11, has arrived. The action-thriller film centers on two close friends who become deadly enemies.

The film stars Gang Dong-won, Park Jeong-min, and Cha Seung-won.
Uprising, a historical action film, is set during the Japanese invasion of Korea between 1592 and 1598.
The 61-year-old director Park Chan-wook previously directed Decision to Leave in 2022.
