Unfortunate Match Moment: Seagull Struck by Tennis Ball Collapses in Australia

Seagulls are birds that we encounter nearly everywhere humans inhabit, from coastal strips to city centers, from ports to sports facilities. They prefer to move in flocks and closely monitor each other's behaviors. Silver gulls, particularly common in coastal cities in Australia, are no strangers to crowded areas such as illuminated courts and open-air facilities. Therefore, it's not unusual to see these birds soaring above playing fields, however, it's not often that a flying seagull collides with a ball hit by a player.

This exact possibility was brought to life during a tennis match in Australia. In footage captured under night lighting, one can see a seagull gliding over the court colliding with a ball and suddenly falling to the ground. The other gulls quickly gather around the fallen bird, their inseparable response both worrying and frightening the spectators.
