Phoebe Waller-Bridge, beloved for her work on Fleabag, will not only write the series but also serve as an executive producer. In her statement, Waller-Bridge expressed her deep connection to the character Lara Croft and her long-standing fandom of the series. As of now, it remains unclear who will play Lara Croft and when the series will premiere. Given that filming has yet to begin, fans will have a considerable wait before seeing Amazon's Tomb Raider series come to fruition.
