Raif Özkan Uğur (October 17, 1953 - July 8, 2023) was a multi-faceted personality in the Turkish entertainment scene. Uğur's musical range was reflected in his various roles, from composing music for Ayşegül Aldinç's songs to penning lyrics for Sertab Erener's 'Kera' and Yavuz Çetin's 'Fanki Tonki Zonki'. He made his debut in the 1996 film 'Eşkıya', directed by Yavuz Turgul.
