What we mean by the term 'morning person' is essentially someone who springs out of bed at the crack of dawn, greeting the new day with a burst of energy. Of course, as you would appreciate, there are not only those who wake up cheerfully in the morning, but also those who stay active until late at night and struggle to shake off their grogginess in the mornings.
