Oktay Kaynarca, the beloved host of the popular game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" on ATV, is making a comeback with a new series project.
Following Kenan İmirzalıoğlu's departure from hosting, Kaynarca has been taking on the role of the host for the show 'Milyoner' since September 2024. After his stint on 'Milyoner', the famous actor took a break from TV series projects. His return to the screen was announced by Birsen Altuntaş.
According to a report by Birsen Altuntaş, Oktay Kaynarca has landed the leading role in ATV's new series.
Oktay Kaynarca, following his role in 'I Can't Fit Into This World,' is gearing up to return to ATV screens with a powerful new project. The title of the actor's upcoming series will be 'Kafkas.' The script for the series, produced by KYN Yapım, is being penned by Mehmet Ercan Erdem, with experienced director Mustafa Şevki Doğan set to helm the project.
In the series, Kaynarca will breathe life into the character of Kafkas, a tenacious businessperson deeply tied to his homeland. If all goes according to plan, the series is expected to start filming in December and make its debut on ATV screens in the new year.
