Godzilla Invades Call of Duty?

Call of Duty has started to bring in crazy content into their game. If you think you have seen them at their best, think again. Season 3 is dropping hints of a titanic invasion from the king of monsters himself, Godzilla.

This unconfirmed news was leaked in Call of Duty’s season 3 trailer video, “Classified Arms”. The trailer shows a team spotting a mysterious device while they are searching for the Nebula Gas released by the Nazis. At the end of the cinematic, the device broadcasted a strange yet familiar sound. The audio is broken but it’s as clear as day whose signature roar it is.

Godzilla’s arrival in Call of Duty is yet to be confirmed. But there is a lot of convincing evidence that supports this. For one, we have the Twitter post of  PrestigeIsKey which is  a screenshot of the audio, run through a spectrograph showing the words “Monsters Are Real.” 

Another Twitter user with the name BEEAggressive replied with a loop of Godzilla’s orca-like sound that is pretty identical to the roar in the trailer. These are details that really support the possibility of the king of monsters actually making his way into the game.

Also, let’s not forget that Call of Duty has already imported licensed characters into their game. Rambo, Jigsaw, and even Snoop Dogg just to name a few. It wouldn’t be a surprise if we actually see Godzilla in season 3.
