NOW TV will either have to change its name or be compelled to completely cease its broadcasts. It's being discussed among legal circles that the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) will evaluate the situation shortly, and a precedent-setting decision could emerge for broadcasting in Turkey.
