According to behind-the-scenes reports, she will play Derin. It is claimed that the producers chose her for the action-heavy character because of her memorable performance in Teşkilat.
No official information has been shared yet about Derin's place in the story or her connection to Eşref. Aybüke Pusat did not go into the character's details on camera either, saying only that she is excited about the role.

The story follows young Eşref, who comes from Cyprus to Istanbul after his childhood love Rüya, meets Kadir and steps into the world of crime. Çağatay Ulusoy will play Eşref again.
The only other character carried over from Eşref Rüya is Kadir, played by Görkem Sevindik. The rest of the cast will be entirely new names.
