The Meteorology Department has announced the weather report for the dates of July 16-22. According to the published report, starting from Saturday, July 18, the thermometers in the western regions will begin to rise rapidly. The temperature is expected to exceed seasonal norms.

In a statement made by the Meteorology Department, it was said, 'It is predicted that the air temperatures, which generally hover around seasonal norms, will start to increase from the western regions on Saturday and will exceed the seasonal norms.'

According to the weekly weather forecast, the country will be dominated by partly cloudy and sunny weather. Although occasional showers are expected in the northern regions and along the Black Sea coasts, the rest of the country will experience full-fledged summer heat.

Here's the regional weather outlook:

Marmara and Aegean regions will be among the areas where the heat will be felt the most, especially over the weekend.

The sunny weather will persist in Central Anatolia and the Mediterranean. In particular, in Central Anatolia, the temperature difference between night and day will continue, with daytime temperatures settling above 30 degrees Celsius starting from the weekend.

Even though there will be local showers in the inner and high regions of the Black Sea and along the Eastern Black Sea coasts, the sky will generally be partly cloudy. Meanwhile, clear and less cloudy weather is expected throughout Eastern Anatolia.
