The happiest cities in Turkey have been announced: Among 81 provinces, the happiness rate in the top 10 cities is over 70 percent!
Turkey's 10th-happiest city was Şırnak with 71.36 percent, while Turkey's northernmost city Sinop was at the top. The happiness rate in the Black Sea port city was determined as 77.66 percent.
